Elevate Weekend Host Home Registration
We are so excited you are interested in serving as a Host Home with us for Elevate Weekend 2019!
Below are the requirements to be a Host Home. If you feel you meet the requirements, please continue with registration. If you have questions or concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Sevier Heights Student Ministry Team
Host homes should expect 8-10 students in their group.
Host homes should expect a minimum of 2 college leaders in their group.
Host homes should expect to help out with the transportation of their group to church and other activities throughout the weekend.
Host homes must be a church member at Sevier Heights Baptist Church.
Host homes are encouraged to be a part of Elevate Weekend services and group activities but not required.
Host homes must live within 25 minutes of the church.
Host homes will be responsible for providing breakfast and dinner on Saturday, February 23. (snacks encouraged)
All family members in the home over the age of 18 are required to be background checked.
Host homes with family members age 10 and under are required to keep their children in the parents' room at night.
Parents of 6th-12th graders seeking to be a Host Home must register their student(s) as a participant.
Attendance is required at the Host Home meeting on Sunday, February 17 at 12:30 p.m.
